How did you meet?
We swiped right on the Bumble dating app! Shortly afterwards, Angelica started stalking Ryan... 

Who ask who out first?
Bumble is an app where women reach out first! Angelica was the first to send a message. After some clever back and forth banter, Ryan decided Angelica was NOT a serial killer and asked her out for their first date, a brunch at Rose Cafe in Venice. 

What attracted you to each other?
Bride Answer: Those soulful eyes...=)
Groom Answer: Her intelligence...also, she's hott

What is your favorite memory of each other?
One adventurous day in Vancouver, Canada, they went salmon fishing together. It was a FIRST experience for both of them. They spent 6 hours in a freezing cold river, resplendent in our rented wader gear. They didn't notice the cold, however. They were too busy trying to catch AMFAP (as many fish as possible). Ryan doesn't remember exactly how many fish were obtained, but knows it was more than Angelica caught. (It was 7:4, but who's counting.) It should be noted that Angelica was at a severe disadvantage because Ryan likes fishing much more than her. Still, her alternative catching techniques (singing to the fish...praising the fish) worked better than expected.

What is a typical date night?
Angelica learned very quickly that the way to Ryan's heart is through his stomach. A date night would be incomplete without an excellent meal.  On a typical night, they might head down to Sosta Cucina in Hermosa Beach for some amazing Italian food, wine, and good conversation. Afterwards, they'll take a little walk by the beach and head back home to watch the latest episode of Mrs. Maisel while cuddling with their dog (who is usually insufferable after being left alone for more than 5 minutes). 

How did you get engaged?
Angelica kept calling attention to how well her nail polish went with diamonds...Ryan then had the most amazing idea - a proposal! AND he managed to keep the whole affair under wraps and the bride was completely surprised when it happened. 

Why did you decide on a destination wedding?
We really wanted a small wedding experience with people we really care about...and we wanted that experience to last more than 6 hours! What better way to experience paradise than with people who love you the most! If you're seeing this now, it's because we really value your presence in our lives and our future marriage.
